Inspirational writing and drawing is sometimes referred to as 'automatic writing' or 'channeling' and 'psychic drawing'.

When the heart is open to the love of the universe, it fills with the energy enabling the creative process to flow. The process of automatic writing and drawing involves a connection to self, along with trust in the unknown and a belief that there is more to life than what we understand. It is in the expansion of the belief structure where the mobility lies.

The actual process of automatic writing and drawing requires a clear mind and 100% concentration and attention. In doing so one is able to focus on the thoughts, sounds and sights, and then transfer the information onto the paper. The process is quiet, easy and seamless. The physical body is still; the mind is open, the breathing relaxed and the hand assisted. The speed of the writing is very fast. There is no fatigue physically whatsoever, in fact I would have to say it is very energizing.

The entire series has been written by hand and then word-processed. At the beginning I wrote in the dark with my eyes closed. Over time I realized that indeed I could focus and write in the light with my eyes open. It was a gradual process.

One session of writing varied between 1- ½ hours. Total pages in the series 3000 plus. The writing of the "PATHWAYS TO LIFE" Series started on October 9, 1999 and concluded on December 20, 2001.

A drawing can take as little as a minute or it can be longer depending on the detail coming through. A 'psychic drawing' is another means of delivering significant information to a person, much like a 'psychic reading' only the information comes in the form of a 'psychic portrait'.

A "Psychic Healing Drawing" is the visual display of channeled information represented through the drawing process. The experience will be energetically unique to each individual.
